Very simple, delicious and healthy sandwiches. I had this idea after I had to throw out a lot of greens that I couldn't eat. I was wondering what to do with them and the sandwiches were born... I think for my level, you can take a chance and post such a simple recipe, what if... as they say and there will be those like me who do not know what to do with these greens :) and will appreciate...
Ingredients for healthy sandwiches:
- Bread (with bran, grain, any healthy) - 3 slices.
- Hard cheese (I usually use goat cheese or bryndza.) - 50 g
- Parsley (small bundle..:))
- Dill (small bunch ( bunch..:))
- Mint (3 sprigs)
- Green onion (3 sprigs)
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
