Very simple, delicious and healthy sandwiches. I had this idea after I had to throw out a lot of greens that I couldn't eat. I was wondering what to do with them and the sandwiches were born... I think for my level, you can take a chance and post such a simple recipe, what if... as they say and there will be those like me who do not know what to do with these greens :) and will appreciate...

Ingredients for healthy sandwiches:

  • Bread (with bran, grain, any healthy) - 3 slices.
  • Hard cheese (I usually use goat cheese or bryndza.) - 50 g
  • Parsley (small bundle..:))
  • Dill (small bunch ( bunch..:))
  • Mint (3 sprigs)
  • Green onion (3 sprigs)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon

How to cook healthy sandwiches step by step with photos

Put the bread in the oven preheated to 200C, grate the cheese, finely chop all the herbs and add to the cheese, add 2 tbsp. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the cheese and stir it up. We take the warm bread out of the oven and put our stuffing on it.

Put it in the oven for 2 more minutes and remove! Eat it lukewarm!
