Ingredients for bread with chicken "hennebrod":

  • Bread (Borodinsky) - 3 slices.
  • Chicken breast (Boiled) - 120 g
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoon
  • Dill - 2 sprigs.
  • vegetable oil (for frying) - 2 tablespoon
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper (freshly ground) - to taste
  • Spit - 30 g

How to cook bread with chicken "hennebrod" step by step with photos

Separate chicken meat (you can use leftovers from baked chicken or grilled chicken) from bones and cut into small pieces.

Peel and dice onions.

Finely chop speck.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry onion until transparent.

Then add chicken meat, speck and tomato paste.

Stir-fry, season with salt and pepper and fry for about three minutes.

Toast bread on a grill pan or in a toaster.

Spread chicken tenders on bread.

Wash and dry fennel sprigs, separate herbs from stems and finely chop them.

Sprinkle greens on sandwiches.
