Hennebrod Chicken Bread

A sandwich is a universal dish, which can be as simple as an appetizer or a meal in itself. I suggest making a delicious, hearty sandwich for the perfect snack of bread and chicken.

Ingredients for bread with chicken "hennebrod":

Chicken breast
(Boiled)

120 g

Tomato paste

2 tablespoon

Dill
-
2 sprigs.

vegetable oil
(for frying)

2 tablespoon

Onions

1 pc

Salt

to taste

Black pepper

How to cook bread with chicken "hennebrod" step by step with photos

Separate chicken meat (you can use leftovers from baked chicken or grilled chicken) from bones and cut into small pieces. |

Peel and dice onions. |
|
Finely chop speck. |
|
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry onion until transparent. |
|
Then add chicken meat, speck and tomato paste. |
|
Stir-fry, season with salt and pepper and fry for about three minutes. |
|
Toast bread on a grill pan or in a toaster. |
|
Spread chicken tenders on bread. |
|
Wash and dry fennel sprigs, separate herbs from stems and finely chop them. |
|
Sprinkle greens on sandwiches. |
