How to cook rillettes "herring avocado" on rye bread step by step with photos


Peel and dice avocado. Slice lightly salted herring fillets as well. Chop green onions. Dress all the ingredients with a little mayonnaise. It is not too much, just a teaspoon. Taste and season with chili pepper.
