  • Butter (Ecomilk) - 50 g

How to cook herring spread step by step with photos


All we need for the spread. Fillet herring or buy ready made. It is better to boil the carrots beforehand, so that they cool down completely.

You just need to put all the ingredients in a blender. I made in the chopper and broke them up in batches. First the carrots and one cheese.

I put them in the bowl. Then I pounded the herring with the second cheese.

Then the butter and 2 tbsp mashed potatoes.

Using a silicone spatula, blend everything. If you have a powerful blender, you can whip it all up in one go.
