Herring toast

Herring croutons can be served as a breakfast, snack or holiday dish. Delicious!
Ingredients for herring croutons:

How to cook herring croutons step by step with photos

Fry slices of black bread in sunflower oil on one side. Rub them with garlic while still hot. |

Boil and grate the eggs, chop the parsley and mix with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
|
Cut herring into fillets and cut into portions. Halve olives to serve. |
|
Spread stuffing on fried side. Put herring and half an olive on top.
Serve these delicious croutons at once.
