I made these toasts for a walk in the woods. These toasts are very filling and with a hot coffee from the thermos they are ideal for a hungry outdoor dinner.

Ingredients for sandwiches "camping":

  • Toasts (white) - 4 pcs
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Champignons - 150 g
  • Pickled cucumber (Crispy cucumbers TM "6 hundred") - 3 pcs
  • Butter (for frying) - 30 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red hot pepper (ground) - to taste

How to cook sandwiches "hiking" step by step with photos

Pickled cucumbers TM "6 hundred".

I sliced mushrooms and fried them in oil with the addition of finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Slice the cucumbers thinly lengthwise and arrange on toasts. Then I put the mushrooms on top. I cut the slices of cheese into small cubes and put them on top of the toasts.

I put the toasts on a baking tray and put them in preheated the oven to 200 degrees. After 15 minutes, I took them out of the oven.

Bread can be toasted in a toaster and baked In the microwave.

Toast in a Split. Hearty and a little spicy. A cucumber is very appropriate here! Especially if the toast is made as an appetizer.
