  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Vodka - 1 tablespoon
  • Bread - 4 slices.
  • Hollandaise cheese - 100 g
  • Dill

How to cook mini holiday sandwiches with salted pink salmon step by step with photos


In a bowl mix 1 tablespoon salt, sugar, vodka.

Coat fish with mixture, cover and keep in fridge for 4 hours.

Fish is ready to eat! Let's make sandwiches. I used a star-shaped cookie cutter. Cut out the bread and cheese.

Toast it in a dry frying pan.
