  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Malt (approx. 35-40 grams) - 4 tablespoon
  • Coriander (ground or pounded in a mortar) - 3 teaspoon
  • Caraway (ground or pounded in a mortar) - 1 teaspoon

Sandwich

  • Trout (roughly, or any red salted fish) - 100 g
  • cottage cheese (Enough to put on the bread)
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Dill - 1 bunch.
  • Lemon juice (for fish, a little)
