Holiday Sandwiches

Dear Cooks!!! I want to share with you a very easy to make and delicious recipe for sandwiches!!! They are perfect for a holiday table!
Ingredients for sandwiches "For the holiday":

Trout
(lightly salted)

Cucumber
(fresh)

Chicken egg
-
1 pc
-
Soft cheese
(melted in a briquette)

1 pc
-
Black olives
-
5 units
-
Mayonnaise
-
1 teaspoon
-
Baguette
How to cook sandwiches "for the holidays" step by step with photos

Boil, cool, peel and crack an egg on a fine grater. Put it in a bowl. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater (if you put it in the freezer for 15 minutes it would be nice), add the olives and add to the eggs. Then add mayonnaise and beat it with a fork. |

Now slice the baguette and the cucumber. |

Spread cheese mixture on slices of baguette and put a cucumber slice on one edge. |
|
Put a fish on top (you can have any red fish you like). Our sandwiches are done!!! Very tasty!!! |
