  • Bread (Toasted or loaf) - 4 slices.
  • Hard Cheese (Suluguni, or any well-melted) - 60 g
  • Brynza (Or feta, or any brine cheese.) - 50 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Butter - 20 g

How to cook hot cheese sandwich step by step with photos


Spread a thin layer of butter on the bread.

Grate cheese and crumble bryndza. The cheese is originally kashkawal, but suluguni works well.

Whisk two eggs and add the cheese, season with salt and season to taste. Spread the filling on the bread.
