How to cook hot sandwiches "curd" step by step with photos
Run the cottage cheese through a sieve (I didn't do that, I bought soft cottage cheese), add the egg and mix well. |
Grate cheese on a coarse grater. And we add it to the curd mass. |
Add pepper, salt to taste, herbs and crushed garlic, |
Curry and mix thoroughly. |
Grate sausage on a fine grater. |
Add the sausage to our mixture and mix gently. You should get something similar in appearance and consistency (on the photo). |
Let's put on our "wonderful" on the slices of loaf. |
We lay out the still "silly" sandwiches on the baking tray. And we send it to the oven heated to 200 degrees, for 7 minutes. |
