How to cook hot herring with croutons step by step with photos

Slice the French toast and fry in butter. |

Slice herring fillets. |

Mix the egg yolks with the mustard, gradually add the cooking oil. |
|
Glaze the slices of bread with the mustard/yolk mixture. |
|
Place the herring slices on the bread and bake the sandwiches in the oven for 5 minutes. |
