  • Baton - 1 pc
  • Butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Fillet of fish (lightly salted) - 2 pcs
  • Mustard - 1 tablepoon
  • Egg yolk (boiled) - 4 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon

How to cook hot herring with croutons step by step with photos


Slice the French toast and fry in butter.

Slice herring fillets.

Mix the egg yolks with the mustard, gradually add the cooking oil.

Glaze the slices of bread with the mustard/yolk mixture.

Place the herring slices on the bread and bake the sandwiches in the oven for 5 minutes.

Serve hot. Enjoy!!
