Ingredients for Hot Sandwiches "masks":

  • Melted Cheese - 1 package.
  • Sausage (or cooked sausage) - 150 g
  • Bread - 9 slice.
  • Potatoes - 1 pc
  • Onion (medium) - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

How to cook hot sandwiches "masks" step by step with photos

Grate peeled raw potatoes on a coarse grater. Dice hot dogs (I use Vienna sausage) or sausage and onion. Grate melted cheese on a coarse grater (the lower the fat content, the better it will grate). Mix everything together and beat a raw egg, add salt, pepper. mix everything well.

Cut the loaf and spread ketchup on each slice.

Put stuffing on top of each slice of dough.

Heat a pan to 120 degrees, pour oil over it and put the stuffing side down. Fry over medium heat, under a lid, without turning, until crispy and browned. Then put ready sandwiches on a plate, decorate with mayonnaise and greens. Enjoy your meal!
