Ingredients for hot mushroom sandwiches:


  • Baton - 10 slices.
  • Champignons - 150 g
  • Hard cheese - 80 g
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Sour cream - 1 tablepoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sunflower oil (for frying mushrooms and onions) - 3 tablespoon
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Cucumber (to serve) - to taste

How to cook hot mushroom sandwiches step by step with photos


Rinse and slice mushrooms. Peel and dice onions. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and mushrooms briefly, then add salt and pepper.

When the mushrooms have cooled, put them in a bowl and add sour cream and half of the grated cheese.

Line a baking tray with parchment. Grease slices of loaf or bread with stuffing and spread it on the tray.

Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the filling, then spread the remaining cheese.
