  • Sausage - 200 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Sour cream - 1 tablepoon
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Salt - 1 pinch.
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Baton - 8 slices.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoon

How to cook hot pan sandwiches step by step with photos


Slice boiled sausage or frankfurters into small cubes.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Add eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper to the cheese and sausage. Mix thoroughly.

Slice 8 slices of loaf. Spread sausage-cheese mixture on each slice.

Place loaf stuffing side down on heated griddle with oil. Fry for about 4 minutes until browned, turn over and fry on the other side for 1 more minute. Hot pan sandwiches with sausage and cheese ready! Enjoy Enjoy Enjoy!
