How to cook hot sandwiches "pizza" step by step with photos

Making stuffing. Finely chop all ingredients. Finely chop boiled pork and put it in a bowl. I don't recommend replacing it with sausage because the meat sticks better to the loaf and is kind of a mess "glues" toppings.

Chop onions and olives and put them in a bowl with the meat.

Grate the cheese and put it in the bowl. Don't cut down on the cheese either - it's our .

We also grate potatoes and squeeze the juice out, we do not need the liquid in the stuffing. I have already squeezed potatoes on the photo.

In a bowl we add the egg, greens and mix. The stuffing should be dry but sticky.

Slice cucumbers thinly at an angle.

Spread ketchup on the loaf without sparing, put a pickle. Put a spoonful of stuffing and with thumb and left hand press the stuffing to the loaf. Do not put too much stuffing to make sure it fries well.

In a well heated pan with vegetable oil, put the sandwich with stuffing on the pan and leave it for 5-7 minutes. During this time, the filling will cook through, stick to the loaf and come off the pan. Cook over medium heat.

Then carefully turn to the other side, fry for about a minute and put it on a plate.

You are ready to eat! Also good when cold. Sour-sweet ketchup and cucumber makes them juicy. Delicious!
