Hot Potato Sandwiches

A great hearty breakfast, sandwiches for school and work! Yummy!
Ingredients for Hot Potato Sandwiches:

Potatoes
(large)

Bread
(or loaf as desired)

Sausage
(any or ham)

Spices
(for potatoes)

Vegetable oil
(for frying)

Chicken egg

How to cook hot potato sandwiches step by step with photos

Peel and grate potatoes, add salt, spices, grated sausages, eggs and mix well. |

Cut bread and arrange stuffing. |

Put potatoes face down in a heated pan, fry until golden brown on both sides. I put them on a napkin so that extra oil could be absorbed. Sprinkle with greens as desired.
If making it for the house, you can add garlic. Do not put a lid on, everything gets cooked through just fine! |
