  • Chicken breast (or turkey, boiled) - 150 g
  • Bulgarian pepper (small) - 1 pc
  • Tomato (medium) - 1 pc
  • Soy sauce (Light soy sauce from Kikkoman) - 2 tablespoon
  • Cream cheese - 150 g
  • Puff pastry - 500 g
  • Seasoning (Italian herbs) - 0.5 teaspoon

How to cook Hot Puff Pastry Sandwiches step by step with photos


Scald a tomato and cut into small pieces. If it is very soft and ripe you can crush it with a fork. Add the seasoning and let it rest for about 15 to 30 minutes. If you want a more salty snack, use the classical sauce. By the way, these tomatoes can keep in the refrigerator for days.

Dice peppers, dice meat too. Mix meat, peppers and soy tomatoes together. Turn the oven on to 200-220 degrees Celsius.

Cut the pastry into portions and place them on the tray. Spread the filling.

Grate some cheese and spread it on our sandwiches. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Do not over bake.
