  • Bread (black) - 2 slices.
  • Mushrooms (salted) - 60 g
  • Sour cream - 2 teaspoon
  • Hard cheese - 30 g
  • Green onions

How to cook hot pickled mushroom sandwiches step by step with photos


Spread sour cream on slices of bread.

If the salted mushrooms are big, you can slice them.

Spread the mushrooms on the bread buttered with the sour cream.

Chop the spring onions and grate the cheese.

Put green onions and cheese on mushrooms.

Bake in oven at 180g for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
