Forgive me if I'm a foodie, but I decided to add my own version to a thousand hot sandwiches. The family loved it and I honestly wasn't expecting it to be this good!

Ingredients for hot sandwich 1000 +1:


  • Ground Meat - 200 g
  • Onions - 200 g
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Bread (white, round) - 1 pc
  • Tomato juice (approx.) - 100 ml
  • Mayonnaise (to grease, approx.) - 2 tablespoon
  • Spices (salt, black pepper)
  • bay leaf - 2 units
  • Allspice (pea) - 2-3 pcs

How to cook hot sandwich 1000 +1 step by step with photos


Let's prepare the stuffing: add chopped onion and grated cheese to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

From the round bread cut a generous crust (I cut so generous that there were only three). Let's take out the flesh and smear the cavities generously with tomato juice (I had homemade, but you can also use tomato paste, but it will not be as juicy).

Fill our sandwiches with stuffing, packing them tightly and pour a little tomato juice on top, too.

A little mayonnaise (if you want, you may not).

To prevent our sandwiches from drying out in the oven, we put a cup with water in it, in which I decided to put a couple of bay leaves and a couple of peppercorns for flavor.

We put it in the oven on quite a high heat for 20 minutes. Our sandwiches are ready, enjoy!
