It is so hard to explain to my 12 year old that she has to eat breakfast, even though she doesn't feel like eating in the morning. So I have to twist it, so that kiddy, well, just can't refuse a yummy treat! Of course, there's nothing new in my recipe, but maybe someone will get the idea.

  • Bread (Borodinsky) - 0,5 pc
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Sour cream - 3-4 teaspoon
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Seasoning (Provencal herbs or other favorite spices) - to taste
  • Sausage (or sausage) - to taste
  • Hard cheese - to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook hot sandwich "morning impromptu" step by step with photos


Slice the bread "favorite" slices.

Mix an egg with sour cream and water. Season with salt and spices. My beauty loves Provencal herbs. ♪ We dip the bread into this mixture ♪.

And fry it in vegetable oil.

On both sides until golden.

In principle, it's already a great breakfast: croutons with tea or coffee, but my princess is not surprised. So let's keep imagining things.

Sausage or sausage cut up as you like.

Of course, it can't be called a particularly dietary dish, but it is possible to eat it in the morning.
