Hot Sandwich with Pickled Salmon

Somebody might say:"Butt Herbrod? That's so primitive." And they'd be wrong. I want to offer you a hot sandwich that just about anyone can enjoy. You can either take it with you on a picnic or make it on holiday.

Ingredients for a hot sandwich with pickled salmon

Salmon
(4 pieces of filet (salmon, trout, chum, etc.).д.))

300 g

Soy sauce
(TM Kikkoman)

4 tablespoon

Onions

1 pc

Garlic
-
2 clove
-
Lime
-
1/2 Piece

Ginger
(root, grated)

1 tablespoon

Chili pepper
(green)

1 pc

Sugar

1 tablespoon

Olive oil

2 tablespoon

Bread
(for toast, slices)

How to cook hot marinated salmon sandwich step by step with photos

To make the marinade for the fish.
For this we use soy sauce from Kikkoman.
Grate ginger root on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice of half a lime.
Mix with 2 tbsp. tablespoons soy sauce. |

Take a salmon filet, I have chum salmon.
Pour the marinade and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes. |

While the salmon is marinating we make a hot sauce for the sandwich.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Finely chop onion, garlic, green chili pepper. |

Pan fry onion and garlic with olive oil until transparent. |
|
Add chopped cherry tomatoes and green chilies. Stir in sugar. |
|
Pour 2 tbsp. Spoonfuls of soy sauce "Kikkoman". |
|
Cook the vegetables, stirring constantly for 2 minutes until the sauce is homogenous, but the tomatoes must not become too soft.
Set the hot sauce aside. |

Take bread for toasting. Grill on barbecue grate or grill pan for 1 minute on each side. |

Take the fish out of the marinade, dry it on a paper towel. Grill on a barbecue grill or on a dry grill pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. |

assemble sandwich.
Put grilled salmon on toasts. |
|
Put hot sauce on top of salmon.
Enjoy your appetite and have a rest! |
