  • Bread - 1 pc
  • Sausage (smoked) - 200 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Greens - 1 bunch.
  • Ketchup - 20 g
  • Mayonnaise - 50 g
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Onion (green onions are okay) - 1 pc

How to cook hot sandwiches step by step with photos


Chop greens, onions, sausage.

Add chopped tomatoes and grated cheese.

Add mayonnaise and ketchup. Stir.

This is the case when we do not need baking paper. Pour vegetable oil on a baking tray. Spread the sliced loaf. Put the filling on top. Bake the sandwiches in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
