  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 2 pcs
  • Onions (large) - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Cream cheese (100 g.) - 1 pc
  • Baton
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

How to cook hot sandwiches step by step with photos


Beat eggs with flour, salt and pepper.

Chop onion and garlic finely and add to egg mixture

Grate melted cheese (I had a soft cheese, so I strained it with a fork)

Spread the mixture on one side of the loaf. Pan fry the slices first, greased side first, then the other side.
