Ingredients for hot sandwiches:


  • Bread (3-4 slices) - 3 slices.
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Hard cheese - 80 g
  • Garlic (2-3 cloves) - 2 clove
  • Butter - 15 g
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Greens (dill. parsley) - to taste
  • Spices (salt, pepper mix to taste) - to taste

How to cook hot sandwiches step by step with photos


Products

Boil eggs, cut into cubes. Grate cheese on coarse grater, chop garlic (with garlic cutter) and finely chop herbs

Season with salt and pepper (salt carefully) and add mayonnaise

mix everything

Grease the bread with a little softened butter

Spread a thick layer of cheese and egg mixture on bread and butter, line baking tray with paper or mat

Put in preheated oven 180% for 8-12 minutes until slightly golden brown
