  • Baguette - 1 pc
  • Chicken breast - 200 g
  • Champignons - 100 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Cream cheese (TM"Hochland") - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Greens - 3 sprigs.

How to cook hot sandwiches " à la julienne" step by step with photos


Let's get the basics ready.

Slice onions and mushrooms.

Roughly dice chicken meat.

Pour oil into a hot frying pan. Put onion, mushrooms and chicken meat.

Fry the ingredients for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally with the cooking spatula.

Place the sauteed onions, mushrooms and meat in a bowl. We add salt, pepper and melted cheese TM"Hochland".

Mix the mass.

Slice baguette.

Put slices of baguette on the tray.

Spread prepared chicken-mushroom stuffing on each slice of baguette. Put the tray in preheated oven.
