Hot Sandwiches From Childhood

Dear Cooks! I want to offer you some very delicious hot sandwiches. They can be made very fast! But what a result!!!! Tender soft cheese crust! The cucumber-fish filling! ♪ And crunchy bread ♪! ♪ Yes, yes ♪!! That's how crispy the bread is! And with hot, freshly brewed tea!!! It's really good!
I've known this recipe since I was a kid! That's why it's called that!

I made 4 sandwiches. If you need to make more, increase the quantity of ingredients.
We turn on the oven to 180 degrees right away. While it is heating, we make the sandwiches. |

Crush the canned fish with a fork. I used natural pink salmon. You can use any canned fish in its own juice or in oil. Back in the day we used to use pollack or caviar. It was good, too!!! |

Finely chop the pickles into cubes.
