  • Champignons - 200 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Green peas - 100 g
  • Tomato paste - 2 teaspoon
  • Baguette (to serve) - 150 g
  • Oregano - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • vegetable oil (for frying) - to taste

How to cook hot sandwiches "just like a pizza" step by step with photos


Slice the mushrooms into strips.

Finely chop onions.

Separate peas from liquid.

Fry mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes. Then add tomato paste, peas, spices and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes more.

Slice the bread (it would be even tastier if grilled).

Spread the filling on the bread and serve.
