Ingredients for hot sandwiches "mini pizza - so as not to get drunk":


  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 2 tablespoon
  • Ketchup (spicy, I had ajika) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green olives - 2 tablespoon
  • Olives - 2 tablespoon
  • Ham (Or any cooked (smoked) meat - quantity to taste)
  • Carrots (Korean style, quantity to taste)
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Greens (green onions, dill, parsley)
  • Bread (white)

How to cook hot sandwiches "mini pizza - so you don't get drunk" step by step with photos


Mix eggs, flour, mayonnaise. Add 1 teaspoon hot ketchup.

Chop ham, olives and herbs. Sometimes I add fried mushrooms, finely chopped pickles (as the imagination dictates). This time I used Korean-style carrots.

Grate cheese on a fine grater. Set aside part of the cheese and mix with finely grated garlic (you can use the "crusher" with a garlic crusher)

Mix all ingredients and garlic-free cheese.

Spread on white bread.

We fry on a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. ! First, from the side of the filling, and then, gently flipping so as not to damage the cheese crust, on the other side.

After flipping the sandwiches, sprinkle them with cheese and garlic. Cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.

Sprinkle with greens before serving. Enjoy!!!!
