  • Sausage (Any cooked sausage will do.)
  • Onions
  • Semolina
  • Chicken egg
  • Baton (preferably sliced)
  • Margarine (for frying)

How to cook hot sandwiches step by step with photos

Chop everything finely. The amount is approximate. For two of these sausages I used a large onion, about 2 tablespoons of semolina, two eggs, and a carton of margarine for frying. Chop the onion and sausage, you can in a blender (but not into mush, but finely chopped). Add eggs, semolina, mix it up. The main thing is not to overdo it, so that the mass does not crumble, but becomes a bit viscous and adheres to the loaf.

Spread it on the loaf with a fork, pressing down firmly.

Heat a pan, fry in margarine (the taste is slightly different with sunflower oil). Fry on the sausage side first. This is where skill is needed, you have to sharply flip it over to the pan and press down. This is where the sandwich characteristically "WOW" ))).

Fry until golden brown (then flip easily), then half a minute on the other side.
