  • Dill
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoon
  • Butter - 50 g

How to cook hot sandwiches with cottage cheese and soy sauce step by step with photos


Mix together cottage cheese, soy sauce and finely chopped dill.

Knead into a smooth paste. I made the mass in the evening and had delicious things for breakfast in the morning.

Spread a thin layer of butter on white bread or loaf. Spread cottage cheese mixture on top. Bake in the oven until browned (190g - about 10 minutes)
