Another idea for my favorite hot sandwiches. Vegetables are in abundance these days and we make them often, but try making these a little unconventional and you have a great breakfast or just a snack for the whole family.

Ingredients for hot vegetable stew sandwiches:

  • Zucchini (1 small or 0.5 large)
  • Tomato (medium) - 1 pc
  • Carrot (small) - 1 pc
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Dill
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Bread (half a loaf)
  • Sausage (any meat you like, can be boiled)
  • Hard cheese (Any cheese you like. I used melted)
  • Salt (and pepper to taste)
  • Mayonnaise (to grease)

How to cook hot vegetable stew sandwiches step by step with photos

Making a vegetable stew. Trim zucchini into small cubes, cut carrots into rings, cut tomato into small pieces, finely chop onion and garlic. We fry zucchini in oil, then add carrot, stew for about 5-7 minutes, then throw in onion and garlic. When the onion is slightly browned add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, stew for 3-5 minutes, at the end add the dill. Sorry, I didn't think to take a picture.)

Preheat the oven. In a form we put pieces of bread, put mayonnaise on each piece, and top with 2 slices of your favorite sausage (or boiled meat)

Put a tablespoon of stew on top of each sandwich, a little "trample" With a spoon, top with cheese.

Put the sandwiches in the hot oven for about 5-7 minutes. And done. COME TO THE TABLE!
