Ingredients for savory snack sandwiches on bread:


  • Breads (Generous Borodin breads, rye or buckwheat breads are fine, too....) - 2 pcs
  • Ketchup (tomato) - 1 tablepoon
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (to taste) - 1 clove
  • Chicken breast (boiled) - 30 g
  • Mustard (I have Dijon, any table mustard to taste) - 2 teaspoon
  • Petiole celery (5 cm of petiole+leaves) - 1 pc
  • Cherry tomatoes - 2 pcs
  • Chili pepper (3 cm from the pod) - 1 pc

How to cook spicy snack sandwiches on bread step by step with photos


I will use Generous Borodino Bread for the sandwiches. For the base of the sandwiches I mix tomato ketchup and mayonnaise and squeeze in a clove of garlic. I'll put it together. I have a breast boiled in salted water, it has no spices, and I always have it in the refrigerator instead of the sausage on the sandwiches.

Spread a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup with garlic on the top of the bread. Cut a piece of boiled breast into fibers. This makes it easier to eat the sandwich on a piece of bread, without having to bite into a whole piece of chicken.

Put the chicken fibers on top of the mustard. I'm going to use Dijon, it's softer and I like it a lot. Use whatever you like.

Thinly slice half a ring of petiole celery. Chop the leaves, if you have them, finely. I sprinkle them on the sandwich. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. We put celery and cherry tomatoes neatly on top, adding to the sandwich thinly sliced chili peppers, removing from it the seeds.

We have got such bright, generous spring sandwiches.
