Ingredients for hot toast with mushrooms and egg:

  • Mushrooms - 200 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Sausage (boiled) - 50 g
  • Bread ("brick") - 12 slices.
  • Dill (for decoration) - 1 pouch.

How to cook hot toast with mushrooms and egg step by step with photos

1. Sauté mushrooms and onions. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

2. Cut out the crumb inside two out of the three slices of bread. Slice the tomato into rings.

3. Then put the sausage on a whole slice of bread. Then put the sausage on top of the bread without crumbles, and put the tomato inside. Add another slice of bread without a middle and beat an egg inside.

4. Do the same thing, only instead of the sausage we put mushrooms, and sprinkle the top with grated cheese.

5. Put everything on baking paper. And put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
