You don't spend a lot of time for lunch in England. Grab a sandwich at the snackbar and off you go. This is the recipe for the most popular sandwich at one of these places. Although for us it is more like a breakfast sandwich.

Drain off all the liquid from the can and mix the tuna meat with two topspoons of mayonnaise and finely chopped green onions. Season well and season with salt to taste.

Toast 4 toasts in a toaster, put them on a baking tray (I made it with baking paper), spread the mixture so that the bread is completely covered with fish, and then generously sprinkle with grated cheese. Put it in an oven heated to 140 degrees. After 10 minutes, take it out (the cheese should melt), sprinkle a little paprika on top.
