Ingredients for Hot Tuna Sandwiches:

  • Canned Fish (Canned tuna (not in oil). 150g dry weight) - 1 can.
  • Toast - 4 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Green onions (8 arrows) - 1 bunch.
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Spices (Salt/Pepper/Paprika) - 1 handful.

How to cook hot tuna sandwiches step by step with photos

Drain off all the liquid from the can and mix the tuna meat with two topspoons of mayonnaise and finely chopped green onions. Season well and season with salt to taste.

Toast 4 toasts in a toaster, put them on a baking tray (I made it with baking paper), spread the mixture so that the bread is completely covered with fish, and then generously sprinkle with grated cheese. Put it in an oven heated to 140 degrees. After 10 minutes, take it out (the cheese should melt), sprinkle a little paprika on top.
