Ice Cream Sandwich

This sandwich is so easy to make, but it looks great on the holiday table, at children's parties.
Ingredients for Sandwich "ice cream":
- Chicken egg - 4 pcs
- Milk - 100 ml
- Bread (black) - 4 pcs
- Ham - 4 slices.
- Sweet red pepper - 0,5 pcs
- Vegetable oil
How to cook sandwich "ice cream" step by step with photos
Whisk eggs and add milk and stir again. Pour into the pan and stir for 3 to 4 minutes until softened to make scrambled eggs.
Cut triangles out of slices of bread - this is an ice cream cone. Cut ham (I had boiled sausage) on the bottom in the shape of the bread and put it on top.
Cut red bell peppers into thin strips and place them crosswise on the ham.
Place scrambled eggs on the end of the sandwich and garnish with chunks of bell peppers.
