Ice Cream Sandwich

This sandwich is so easy to make, but it looks great on the holiday table, at children's parties.
Ingredients for Sandwich "ice cream":
- Chicken egg - 4 pcs
- Milk - 100 ml
- Bread (black) - 4 pcs
- Ham - 4 slices.
- Sweet red pepper - 0,5 pcs
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
How to cook sandwich "ice cream" step by step with photos

Whisk eggs and add milk and stir again. Pour into the pan and stir for 3 to 4 minutes until softened to make scrambled eggs. |

Cut triangles out of slices of bread - this is an ice cream cone. Cut ham (I had boiled sausage) on the bottom in the shape of the bread and put it on top. |

Cut red bell peppers into thin strips and place them crosswise on the ham. |

Place scrambled eggs on the end of the sandwich and garnish with chunks of bell peppers. |
