Make the vegetables for the sandwich. Finely chop onions and peppers in half wedges. If you have a juicy tomato, remove the center and finely dice the fleshy part. The zucchini is also cut into half-slices, put into a bowl and add all the spices and 0,5 tbsp of olive oil. Stir it up . Warm a saucepan, pour out the remaining oil and add onion. Fry them until soft and add zucchini, cook them for a minute and then add bell peppers and tomato. Stir and make al dente. You don't want them to boil. Cooking time for the vegetables is about 10 minutes. At the end we salt them to taste and take them off the heat.

I cut 2 slices from the rye bread and toast it in a toaster. If you do not have a toaster, toast the slices in a dry pan. You can have any kind of bread. Immediately rubbed each slice with a slice of garlic. Rub one clove on each slice. I spread Hochland cream cheese on top. Eggs can be cooked any way you want for sandwiches. I fry them in a pan that can be fried without oil. Eggs can be poached, poached, or poached.

Next, lay the vegetables nicely on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with sweet paprika or paprika as desired. If children are going to eat it, you don't have to do that. Grown-up kids can pepper it if they like.

A beautiful holiday or weekend breakfast! These sandwiches can also be served to guests as an appetizer before a hot meal.
