  • Baguette - 1 pc
  • Herring (cut into fillets) - 1 pc
  • Butter - 200 g
  • Beets (small, boiled) - 1 pc
  • Green onions - 0.5 bunch.
  • Dill - 0.5 bunch.

How to cook sandwiches "kisses" step by step with photos

1. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, without cutting it all the way through, and unfold it like a book. Cut out a part of the crumb so that the sides are about 1 cm thick.

2. Grease the inside of the baguette with butter.

3. Finely chop the greens and sprinkle over the oiled surface.

4. Cut the beet into thin slices and spread them over the greens.

5. Place the herring fillets on the beet along the length of the baguette.

6. Put the baguette halves together, press them tightly together and wrap them in clingfilm. Put the baguette in the refrigerator overnight.

7. Then take it out and cut it into sandwiches. Bon appetit!
