Ingredients for layered sandwiches with trout:


  • Bread (Borodinsky, any bread you like) - 1 slice.
  • Rice (well boiled, soft) - 3 tablespoon
  • Trout (lightly salted, see. previous recipes) - 3-4 slices.
  • Ready dish (garlic dressing, see. previous recipes) - 3-4 slices.
  • Cucumber (fresh, sliced thinly) - 5 slices.

How to cook Puffed Trout Sandwiches step by step with photos


1. Mix boiled rice with the dressing.

2. Cut out the shape of the bread. If you don't have a mold like mine, you can cut one out of a plastic bottle.

3. Spread a layer of rice on the bread, then a layer of fish.

5. Next layer two slices of cucumber.

6. A layer of fish, a layer of rice, fish again.
