Lazy Wife's Breakfast

Another version of our hot sandwiches.
This time it's minced meat. Your husband won't go hungry, don't worry.
Ingredients for the breakfast of a lazy wife:

How to cook lazy wife breakfast step by step with photos

This is our stuffing. I have ground beef+pork, 50/50. It would be delicious if you only used ground pork. The ground beef would be a little dry. |

Add the egg. Knead the stuffing well. |

Finely chop the onions. If you don't like onions, just skip this step. |

Add the onions, season well with salt, pepper, grated nutmeg and I added the Provence herbs. |

We take a slice of bread and spread the stuffing on it. The thickness is about 1 cm or more, it's up to you.

Put a piece of cheese on top ;-) :-). Send to oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
