  • Lemon - 1 pc
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Honey (liquid) - 2 tablespoon

How to cook lemon butter for breakfast step by step with photos


Keep warm to soften the butter.

Wash the lemon and scald it with boiling water.

Cut it into slices and pith it, without removing the zest.

Grind the lemon and the zest in a blender.

Stir in the honey.

Add lemon puree to the soft butter.

Whisk until smooth.

Put the butter in a jar. Store in fridge. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
