Ingredients for avocado curd and lemon sandwiches:


  • Avocado - 1 pc
  • Cottage cheese - 100 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon peel - 1 pinch.
  • Cilantro - 2 sprigs.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Bread (black bread, grain bread and bran bread will do)) - 4 slices.
  • Black pepper (Optional)

How to cook curd and lemon avocado sandwiches step by step with photos


Choose a ripe avocado. Cut an avocado in half, remove the pit. Use a teaspoon to scoop out the pulp and put it in a bowl. Pour lemon juice over it and mash it with a fork.

Add lemon zest, grated on a fine grater. Add chopped coriander.

Add the cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly. Salt to taste. Stir again.

Cut the tomato into 0.5-0.7 cm thick slices. On slices of bread (I have bran) put a slice of tomato, avocado spread on top, and you can garnish with cilantro leaves additionally. All! Fresh, juicy and healthy snack ready!
