I also want to say, the spread on the loaf you can take on your taste, but the decoration - I'll try to explain in detail. Ingredients for sandwiches "piglets":

  • Mayonnaise (Provençal with lemon juice TM "Maheev") - 3 tablespoon
  • Mustard (Grain TM" Maheev") - 1 teaspoon
  • Loaf - 3 slice.
  • Sausage (cooked, no lard) - 500 g
  • Cucumber - 2 pcs
  • Carrots (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 3 units
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Black pepper (freshly ground, mixed pepper) - to taste
  • Black olives (decoration) - 3 pcs
  • Greens (decoration) - 0.5 bunch.
  • Garlic - 2 clove

How to cook sandwiches "piglets" step by step with photos

To begin, let's make these blanks for the faces. This is the longest process, it takes five minutes to assemble, all set and ready, assemble quickly. I have 5 sandwiches. For the muzzle, 5 circles for the entire volume of your sausage. Cheeks and nose 15 identical circles the size of a sausage. Make five of them with a cocktail straw and create nostrils. Eyes - 10 pieces, cut out from egg whites, also using a tube to cut out a circle in the center and insert a black circle from an olive. Cut out sausage ears 10pcs, one sausage ring makes 2 ears.
