How to cook meatball tartines on dredge step by step with photos
To make the meatballs you need to boil the rice. I use rice "Orient" TM "Mistral" |
Mix minced meat with rice, chopped onion, add salt and pepper, knead well |
Form little meatballs (no bigger than a quail egg) |
For the potato flapjacks, grate the potatoes.
Grate half of the potatoes on a coarse shredding drum and the other half on a fine shredding drum |
Add a little salt and mix together. No egg or flour should be added! Because of the lack of texture of the potatoes the potato flapjacks won't fall apart.
Fry small doughnuts (no more than 5-6 cm in diameter) |
Also fry the meatballs quickly, shaking the pan |
Put a slice of tomato on each little doughnut |
Two tiny meatballs |
And a slice of cheese.
Put meatballs like this in the oven or microwave until the cheese melts! |
Voila!
I'm sure this is the best breakfast you've ever had! |
