How to cook mini meatloaf sandwiches step by step with photos
Cut the turkey breast so it's evenly sliced. |
Flatten both sides to even out the thickness of the piece. Drizzle with Kikkoman soy sauce and season with pepper if desired. |
Brush cream cheese on top of meat. |
Spread with sun-dried tomatoes. |
Chopped bell peppers (I had frozen). |
Sprinkle with chopped greens (I have frozen). |
Gently roll up the roll. I wrapped it with string, just in case. |
Wrap in 2 layers of foil. Cook in oven heated to 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes. |
Cool completely and you can cut it into thin slices. |
I don't have a special notcher, so I cut the bread into thin slices. Fry it in a little vegetable oil, on both sides. |
Cut cucumber into rings and put them on toasted bread, put a slice of roll on top and garnish with bell peppers and cucumbers. |
