Morning Follies Snack

Simple, but with flavor. Taste of toast and eggs + the rest.
Ingredients for appetizer "morning caprice":

Semi hard cheese

(loaf of fresh white bread)

How to cook appetizer "morning caprice" step by step with photos

All the ingredients are in these 2 pictures. |

In a frying pan heated with a little oil, whisk slightly the sliced onion. |
|
Sauté pepper and celery in the same pan. |
|

Sauté the sliced mushrooms separately. |
|
Mix the eggs and cheese with the rest of the dressing. |
|
Cut the bread into 20-25 mm slices |
|
Carefully cut out the bottom of the slice. |
|
Cut the cut bottom in half lengthwise and form the future sandwich into a boat. |
|
Put the sandwich boats, formed in this way, on a baking tray greased with oil. |
|
Fill the boats with dressing. |
|
The sandwiches were baked in a preheated gas oven with a top burner at 190*C. On the upper shelf for 5 to 8 minutes. and on the bottom shelf 4-7 minutes. |

The browned crust is the criterion of readiness. |
|
This sandwich goes well with a simple vegetable salad made of chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and mayonnaise. The salad is laid on the salad board on the same plate with the sandwich.
