Ingredients for appetizer "morning caprice":


  • Semi hard cheese (gouda) - 50 g
  • Chicken egg (raw) - 3 units
  • Petiole celery - 100 g
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Bread (loaf of fresh white bread) - 6 slices.
  • Sweet pepper - 3 pcs
  • Mushrooms (fresh) - 200 g

How to cook appetizer "morning caprice" step by step with photos

In a frying pan heated with a little oil, whisk slightly the sliced onion.

Sauté pepper and celery in the same pan.

Sauté the sliced mushrooms separately.

Mix the eggs and cheese with the rest of the dressing.

Cut the bread into 20-25 mm slices

Carefully cut out the bottom of the slice.

Cut the cut bottom in half lengthwise and form the future sandwich into a boat.

Put the sandwich boats, formed in this way, on a baking tray greased with oil.

Fill the boats with dressing.

The sandwiches were baked in a preheated gas oven with a top burner at 190*C. On the upper shelf for 5 to 8 minutes. and on the bottom shelf 4-7 minutes.

The browned crust is the criterion of readiness.

This sandwich goes well with a simple vegetable salad made of chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and mayonnaise. The salad is laid on the salad board on the same plate with the sandwich. Bon appetit!
