Remember, we used to make stuffed mushroom eggs as an appetizer? I decided to use these mushrooms to decorate my sandwiches. It turned out not only pretty, but very tasty and filling! You can change the stuffing if you want.

  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Breads - 6 units
  • Cheese curd - 3 tablespoon
  • Avocado - 1 pc
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper (ground) - to taste
  • Dill - 6 pinch.
  • Tea (black) - 1 pc

How to cook sandwiches "mushrooms" step by step with photos

Boil the eggs, cut off the tops for the mushroom caps, cut the mushroom legs in half, take out the yolks. Pour enough water to cover mushroom caps, put tea leaves in a small saucepan, bring to the boil so that the tea leaves boil over. We put mushroom caps in a pot, and boil them in the tea. The longer you boil the caps in the tea, the darker they will be. I boiled it for about 5 minutes.

We knead the egg yolks, cottage cheese and avocado with a fork to a smooth paste. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread mixture on breads. Stuff the legs with the same mixture.

Spread the stuffing on the bread. Cut the caps in half and put them on the balls.

Sprinkle dill on the bottom of the sandwich and the base of the foot. I had dried dill. You can also decorate with fresh, chopped dill. And that's it. We can serve our beauty to the table. Enjoy!!
