Ingredients for Mushroom Sandwiches:


  • Bread (black) - 4 slices.
  • Margarine - 1 tablespoon
  • Champignons - 300 g
  • Quail egg (if chicken - 2 pieces) - 4 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 5 teaspoon
  • Dill (sprig) - 2 pcs
  • Lettuce leaves / Lettuce (green) - 4 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablepoon
  • Salt

How to cook mushroom volcano step by step with photos


Boil the eggs. [i]I took 4 eggs, like in the recipe, but it was too much - too big for this dish - 2 eggs (cut in half) or 4 but quail eggs would be enough.[/i]

Wash the mushrooms, cut them into cubes. In one of the recipes (alas, I do not remember which one) recently I read that a girl washes mushrooms in a bowl in water with the addition of flour, then rinsing under the tap. Really great method - mushrooms become squirrelly clean very quickly.

Cut circles out of the bread. If you can't, you can leave the bread intact. If you feel sorry to throw out the rest (like me) - then you can beat an egg in the holes and fry - it will be scrambled eggs in the bread :-)

Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil, season with salt.

Fry bread on both sides in margarine.

Crumble dill.

Mix with mayonnaise.

Put an egg on a piece of bread (if chicken, then half an egg). I had super huge mega eggs, so I had to trim them a little so they didn't take up the whole surface of the bread).

Spread the mushrooms so that they covered the egg, but did not scatter to the sides.

Spoon dill mayonnaise on top.

Put the sandwiches in the oven (220 degrees) for 2 minutes. Serve hot on lettuce leaves.
