Ingredients for my bruschetta:


  • Feta - 4 slices.
  • Avocado (medium) - 1 pc
  • White onion (finely chopped) - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 2 forks
  • Tomato - 5 slices.
  • Ruccola - 1 bunch.
  • Balsamic - to taste
  • Bread (ciabatta, baguette is fine) - 4 slices.
  • Lime (or lemon) - 0.5 pcs

How to cook my bruschetta step by step with photos


Whisk the cilantro and 1 tomato slice in a blender. Chop the onion very finely (you can do it in a blender). Mash the avocado with a fork, add the lime juice and stir to combine. Guacamole is ready.

Slice ciabatta and fry it in a dry pan.

Spread guacamole on toast.

Dot the feta and tomatoes.

Arrange arugula. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
