  • Dill (fresh) - 1 bunch.
  • Onion - 1 pc

How to cook my croutons step by step with photos


Ingredients for the croutons

Grate cheese crumbs on a fine grater, Dice an onion into very small cubes, Pour in whisked egg, Add chopped dill

Mix well until homogeneous mass is obtained

Cut the baguette (buns) into slices. Spread a thick layer of stuffing on top of each slice of bread

Pour vegetable.oil. Fry the croutons on the stuffing side for 3 to 4 minutes until golden. Do not fry the second side
